Advanced Production Equipment and Excellent Personnel
The company possesses advanced processing equipment, testing instruments, a professional technical R&D team, and precise technological expertise. By leveraging technology and focusing on innovation,  we operates 16 CNC machining centers, 12 CNC lathes, 18 conventional horizontal lathes, 5 vertical lathes, 3 universal milling machines, 2 semi-automatic spline milling machines, 5 CNC boring machines, 3 slotting machines, 3 radial drilling machines, 15 wire-cutting machines, 3 dynamic balancing machines, and 6 sets of non-destructive testing equipment. The company employs 15 R&D technical personnel and 300 production staff. The production facility covers an area of 43,000 square meters.

We offer custom diameters, bearing assemblies, and surface coatings to reduce downtime in continuous production environments.

R&D guides projects from concept to production-ready status. This begins with rigorous feasibility studies and detailed design, heavily utilizing Software and a core philosophy of Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFM/A) to ensure new products are optimized for efficient production from the very start. Practical validation and seamless integration involve creating functional prototypes for testing and initiating parallel process development. The final step is pilot production, a small-scale run on the actual floor for refinement, ensuring a flawless and efficient manufacturing of full-scale.
